life is a theme park...choose your ride! 3 steps to create your reality

Are you tired of feeling like life is just happening to you instead of for you? By combining the power of your unconscious mind with intentional imagination, you can stop riding the same old roller coaster and start designing the reality you actually want. Watch the video below, or read on to discover a three-step NLP formula for shifting your frequency and choosing your ideal life experience.

The Hidden Link Between Your Unconscious Mind and Reality

Many people view Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, and spiritual energy clearing as completely separate practices. However, they are intimately intertwined. Your unconscious mind is your direct access to Source, the Universe, or God.

Often, the things that feel like external "bad luck" or an energy attack are actually thought forms we have inadvertently created ourselves. For example, continuously saying, "I hate my life," acts as a self-imposed curse. Your unconscious mind wants to fulfill your instructions, so it magnetically draws more of those negative events to you.

The 3-Step Formula for Creating Your Reality

To stop manifesting what you don't want, you need a conscious framework for creating what you do want. It requires three essential elements:

  1. Imagination: You must have a crystal-clear image of what you want. The unconscious mind only works in imagery.

  2. Emotion: This is the most crucial part. You must feel the emotions of your desire as if it is already here. Emotion creates the momentum and frequency needed to magnetize your new reality.

  3. Action: You cannot simply meditate your way into a new life. You must take the inspired actions and seize the opportunities that are brought to you once your frequency shifts.

A Quick NLP Exercise: Shifting from Lack to Abundance

Let’s say your goal is to escape poverty or overworking, and step into abundance. If you tell your unconscious mind, "I don't want to be in poverty," the only image it registers is poverty. Instead, try this daily exercise:

  • Define the Opposite: State clearly what you want instead. "I want to be in abundance."

  • Chunk it Down to Specifics: What does abundance look like for you? Maybe it's a fridge full of food, a paid-off car, or working half-days.

  • Engage Your Senses: Paint a vivid picture in your mind. If you want a new house, what color is the trim? Does it smell like sandalwood, lavender, or fresh cooking when you walk in? What do the seats in your new car feel like?

  • Feel the Result: As you immerse yourself in this sensory image, feel the associated emotions. Let yourself feel the relief, peace, freedom, and accomplishment right now.

Practice this for just two minutes before you go to sleep every night. Keep it in the present tense, and watch as new opportunities, people, and circumstances naturally align with your new vibration.

The Theme Park of Life Analogy

If you ever feel overwhelmed by the ups and downs of life, try viewing your experience through this powerful analogy:

Imagine that the Universe (or Source) is a unconditionally loving parent, supportive of our beliefs, and we (our souls) are the children. The parent takes us to an infinite theme park representing all possible life experiences.

  • The Big Rides: One child might say, "I want to go on the biggest, scariest roller coaster with all the loops!" The parent unconditionally supports this choice, dropping them off at those exact coordinates so their soul can experience that thrill.

  • The Gentle Rides: Another child might say, "I'm not ready for that. I want the slow, gentle ride where I can still see you." The parent supports this belief just as fully.

Before we were born, we chose the rides we wanted to experience. Some are wild and scary; some are calm and joyful. Even when we feel disconnected during the crazy loop-de-loops, Source is always watching. When the ride is over, we run back, exhilarated, expanding our consciousness through the experience.

It's Time to Choose Your Ride

Energy doesn't judge as "good" or "bad"; it simply is. Staying in fear, sadness, or guilt keeps you in a lower energy frequency. If you want more love, joy, and kindness in your life, you have to actively raise your energy to match it.

This is a "do with" system, not a "do to me" system. You are in charge. Go and imagine the ride you want to be on the most—and go have it!
