   - **ID checked at door** — no entry without valid ID.  

2. **Gender Balance**

   - We reserve the right to cancel or reassign tickets to maintain balance, however should there not be enough interest - refund applicable.  

3. **No-Show Policy**  
   - No refund or credit for no-shows.  
   - Your spot may be filled from the waitlist.  

4. **Conduct**  
   - Respectful behavior required.  
   - Disruptive attendees will be removed — no refund.  

5. **Event Changes** - Date/venue subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. - You’ll be notified **48 hrs in advance**. - **Credit to any future Magnetic Match™ event** (no cash refund). - **90% of attendees rebook** — same fun, new vibe!

   - Non-refundable.  

7. **Privacy & Marketing**
